Conserving Arizona’s Wildlife Resources for future generations to enjoy!

The future of our wildlife depends on the diligent work and service of the Arizona Game and Fish Department (AZGFD). Their essential work across the state to manage Arizona's diverse wildlife resources is key to our enjoyment of the recreation and resource opportunities available to us and future generations. Incredibly, this state agency approaches this vital and expansive mission without receiving any support from the state's general fund for its operations.

As the official 501(c)(3) partner of AZGFD, Wildlife for Tomorrow (WFT) works to provide funds to advance key programs and initiatives beyond AZGFD's self-funding capacity.

THE TIME IS NOW

We are at a critical point in the conservation of Arizona’s wildlife and wild places. With years of simultaneous population growth and drought, the support needed to successfully steward the resources of the state have grown exponentially.

Take action now to support wildlife conservation efforts in Arizona and safeguard our precious natural resources.

North American Model of Wildlife Conservation

Wildlife for Tomorrow is committed to upholding the North American Model for Wildlife Conservation as a vital framework for managing and preserving Arizona's diverse wildlife. This model provides essential guidance for sustainable and responsible conservation efforts, ensuring the continued abundant and healthy wildlife populations in our state.

Regardless of whether one chooses to actively participate in hunting or angling, people interested in wildlife and its future should understand the conservation role sportsmen play.

Our partner Arizona Sportsmen for Wildlife Conservation (AZSFWC) is honored to offer a specialty license plate. By purchasing this plate you will be making a contribution to Arizona’s wildlife and wildlife habitat. Seventeen dollars ($17) of each twenty-five ($25) special license fee will go to AZSFWC’s L. Gary Stinson Grant Fund. The AZSFWC will review and approve all grants from the special license plate program revenues. These grants will fund important on-the-ground wildlife habitat restoration and enhancement projects as well outdoor recreational and educational opportunities that promote conservation.

These plates can be purchased at MVD offices around the state or online, and can also be personalized with up to seven (7) characters with an additional $25.
